●The MAX6342TUT+T is a microprocessor (µP) reset circuit with power fail comparator in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit monitors power supplies in digital systems. This device significantly improves system reliability and accuracy compared to separate ICs or discrete components. It provides factory-trimmed VCC reset threshold voltage. A +1.25V threshold detector allows for power-fail warning, low-battery detection or monitoring another power supply.

● Supply voltage range is 1.2V to 5.5V

● Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C

● Reset threshold is 3.08V

● Active-low push-pull reset
